4. Orders

  • You agree to pay the total amount stated at checkout.

  • You acknowledge that some products require pre-order or sourcing time, depending on availability.

SiyaExpress may cancel or reject an order if fraud, incorrect information, or stock issues are detected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Maiduguri (Borno State)

  • Free delivery for eligible orders based on current promotions.

  • Pickup is available at:
    Shop No. 49, Borno Express, Maiduguri.

Other States

  • Delivery fees apply depending on the customer’s location.

  • Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Delivery timelines vary by state and logistics provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our complete Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 24–48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping fees for other states are the customer’s responsibility unless SiyaExpress is at fault.

  • Refunds may be issued via replacement, exchange, wallet credit, or bank transfer.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Once an order is shipped or processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

You agree NOT to use SiyaExpress for:

  • Harassment of staff or delivery riders
