At SiyaExpress, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how delivery works across all states in Nigeria.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Within Borno State

Customers within Borno State have two options:

🟧 A. Free Delivery (Eligible Orders)

  • FREE delivery on all orders ₦10,000 and above.

  • Applies only when the order meets the required minimum amount.

🟧 B. Warehouse Pick-up (Always Free)

  • Customers may pick up their items at our warehouse:

Pick-up is available Monday – Saturday, 9AM to 6PM.

3. Delivery to Other Northern States

Delivery is not free, but offered at discounted rates.

  • Standard delivery fee: ₦2,500 – ₦2,500

  • Delivery timeline: 1–3 working days, depending on the state.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout after the customer selects their state.

4. Delivery to Southern & Other States

All states outside the northern region have a fixed delivery fee.

  • Standard delivery fee: ₦4,750

  • Delivery takes 3–5 working days, depending on the location.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected state.

5. Interstate Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners.

  • You will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or logistics delays.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

SiyaExpress is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses

  • Customers failing to pick up or receive parcels

  • Extra charges for re-delivery due to customer errors
